Observation: Both fridges in snack shack are operating at over 7C.
Correction: Food items discarded. Ensure that these fridges are not used until they can maintain food at or below 4C.

Observation: No running water in the snack shack at the time of the inspection. Handwash station in cidery kitchen blocked with paint brushes and had no liquid soap or paper towels.
Correction: Ensure that adequate handwashing facilitites are available in the snack shack and cidery kitchen.

- New fridge has been installed in the shack to store prepackaged food items.
- Ensure that food safety plan for pizza service is provided by July 15, 2022.
