Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Can opener blade and along the inner guard of meat slicer observed to have built-up of food debris.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned items. Can opener blade and meat slicer must be cleaned and snaitized after each use or after every 2 hours of continous use which ever is lesser. To clean the meat slicer, the meat slicer must be fully dissembled.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Underneath the dry storage rack ajacent to the back preparation table near the dishpit observed to have rodent droppings.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the aformentioned area. Ensure underneath hard to reach areasa are cleaned and sanitized daily to prevent any built-up of food debris, grease, or pest droppings.

Observation: No valid FOODSAFE Level 1 staff on-site.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure at least one staff must have valid FOODSAFE LEvel 1 certification on-site at all times during operation able to present to inspector. Corrected by: September 29, 2023.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
QUATs spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine final rinse. Glasswasher measured at 12.5 Iodine final rinse.
Prep coolers and stand-up coolers, undercounter cooler, slushie machine, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Under counter freezer, chest freezer measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. Ice machine observed to be satisfactory. Exhaust hood and underneath the cookline observed to be in sanitary condition.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
