Comments

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 72.6'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles as well as buckets to hold wiping rags.
- General food storage practice good throughout.
- Scoops stored in proper manner.
- Upstairs bar used for private events only. No concerns observed at this time.
- Womens washroom handsinks properly equipped.
