Comments

Follow up inspection to MTRG-AW8UF8.
The following issues have been corrected on or before this inspection.
- Walk-in cooler is at 4C ambient temperature
- Common touch area such as doors and handles now clean
- Wall surfaces and equipment walls have been cleaned
- Equipment throughout facility and underneath equipment on main cook like had been cleaned
- Potato press has been cleaned and appears to be maintained in sanitary condition
- commercial fume hood has been cleaned and degreased - GOOD, continue to maintain
- Area around dish pit has been cleaned
- Area around ice machine has been cleaned
- Handwashing stations now unobstructed with supply of liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water

Notes:
- Flour storage room still requires cleaning
- Dough mixer still requires cleaning
- Underneath shelving in utensil storage room still requires attention
- Spray bottles not located, bleach solution strong - facility not in operation during time of inspection
