Observation: One freezer located downstairs observed only cold holding at approx -2c. Freezer may be on a defrost cycle. There is no display indicator as this is a non commercial freezer.
One fluorescent light cover shield observed missing in the ceiling fixture in the kitchen
Corrective Action(s): Check freezer temperature in 1 hour to verify temperature.

Kitchen floor in process of getting replaced
New kitchen stove installed. Stove is on wheels and flexi hose so can be easily moved for cleaning
**Recommend installing FRP Board (Fiber glass reinforced board) for wall surfaces in the kitchen to lay over the existing old drywall.
As a precaution, place flour, pasta and oat bags into containers with tight fitted lids. This will protect them from rodents if they gain access to the facility.
**Several donated tins were identified as being too badly damaged to be used. Ensure staff are checking donated food items for damage.
