Observation: 1. Black pipe to right of two comparment sink is dirty and deteriorating.
2. Caulking behind two compartment sink and back handsink is falling off.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Clean pipe and cover with a material that is easy to clean as cleaned dishes are placed beside it to air dry.
2. Replace caulking.
