-Water clarity good; able to see main drain and its cover
-Pool deck clear of obstacles
-Ledges and steps in contrasting colour
-Depth marks available and easy to see
-Pool sign/rules posted, no lifeguard on duty sign available
-Pool safety equipment available on site and easily accessible
-Skimmer and floating weir in good working order; equilizer line blocked
-Hand rails tightly secured
