hand sinks working, accessible and properly stocked with liquid soap and paper towels.
hot/cold running water available / chemicals stored away from food prep areas
no signs of pests observed during inspection
Temperature controls/ food storage:
cold potentially hazardous foods stored at 4 deg C or below (walk-in cooler/line cooler)
frozen foods stored at -18 deg C (ambient temp)
hot holding cabinets above 60 deg C (ambient temp)
food in cooler/freezers properly covered
