Observation: Pizza cutting table across from pizza oven has peeling/damaged brownie cutting guide sticker. Difficult to clean stainless steel table top with peeling sticker.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all surfaces are smooth, durable, easy to clean. Remove sticker and glue completely or get new sticker guide to replace current damaged sticker. Maintain surface requirements noted above.
