A routine inspection was completed:
- Store under went renovations due to a fire.
- Store built as per approved floor plan. All surfaces are smooth, level, sealed, durable, and cleanable.
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -15C; hot holding units 80C; thermometers present; and temps recorded daily.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins separate from RTE foood; and food stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Professional pest company contracted for monthly monitoring.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.

ACTION:
Install a new door guard on the bottom of the walk-in-cooler. The current one is ripped and cold air is constantly leaking out.
Request a replacement health permit and decal from our office, form provided. Once you receive the permit, post it in a place that the public can see it.
