Observation: Containers of food inside the upright double door fridge were not covered and the racks were dirty. Stapler stored above the pizza make table.
Corrective Action(s): Keep food covered and clean the racks to prevent soils from dropping into the food below. Store stapler away from open foods and prep area to prevent stray staples from landing in food.
