Hand sinks supplied with liquid soap and paper towel in dispenser. Dishwasher tested >100ppm chlorine. Sinks, tables and prep tables appear clean. Fridges <4C. Freezers <-18C. Knights of Columbus and Catholic Women's League make food for their members, low risk food items such as baked goods and pancakes. Please apply for temporary food permit for events for the public, when necessary. Minimal food prep for private events. Kitchen available for rent for private events and caterers. Equipment, surfaces appear to be in good condition. Vent hood is clean and free of grease. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Office Hours: Tuesday and Fridays.
