Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
1. Repair /replace front undercounter cooler to ensure cooler is capable of being at or below 4 C. If cooler is to be left as is then it must not be used to store potentially hazardous foods (ex. bean sprouts)
2. Complete repairs for walk in cooler to ensure cooler is capable of being at or below 4 C.

-No signs of pest activity at time of inspection - no pest control service available - manual pest control only.
*If pest control become an issue it may be a requirement in the future to have a contract with a PC company
-Back screen door in place
-Commercial vent hood in sanitary condition
-Sanitizer labeled spray bottles noted at 200 ppm chlorine solution
-High temp dishwasher noted at 71 C at the dish
*Concern that after 2 cycles new unit was only able to reach 71 C (minimum acceptable level)
*Owner is having the unit replaced with unit capable of reaching a higher temperature
-Food covered and protected from contamination. Meat stored separate or below ready to eat foods.

***Front undercounter cooler has staff food stored in unit - Designate staff section / shelf in unit. Keep staff food separate from food for the public

-200 ppm bleach solution and Lysol disinfectant used for disinfecting tables and high touch non-contact surfaces
*Recommend increasing concentration to 1000 ppm bleach solution or using the Lysol disinfectant only that is proven to kill COVID-19
