Observation: Extensive mouse infestation found in premise. Significant number of mouse droppings found in walk in cooler, all storage rooms (upstairs and down), behind grill line in kitchen, behind prep tables in kitchen, in staff room and staff room storage closet.
Corrective Action(s): Closure order issued. Conduct an extensive deep clean of premise including all the rooms noted above. Due: Tomorrow

Observation: Paper boxes found stored on the bottom shelf and on floor in dry storage area off kitchen, upper storage rooms and shared storage between liquor store. Multiple mouse droppings found throughout dry storage areas
