Comments

The front hand-washing sink repaired; and properly supplied with liquid hand soap and paper towel/hot and cold running water.
Surface sanitizer (Bleach solution at 100 ppm) in a spray bottle is available at front/service area.
Note: Ensure that the sanitizer is available in the kitchen; replace or repair broken spray bottles.
Kitchen prep. counters - satisfactory.

Note: Deep fryers have to be accommodated under the ventilation hood.

Found at the time of inspection: a walk-in freezer installed on the walkway of the back area. (It was the office on the approved floor plan dated 15 June 2018.)
