Soap dispensed into wash cycle Ice machine is clean Meat slicer clean Hot holding soup at >60c. Quat sanitizer in sanitizer container at 200ppm Liquid soap and paper towels at hans sinks Kitchen and front display coolers cold holding at <4c Outside storage shed: Both walk in freezers at <-18c.
