- Routine inspection conducted today. - Excellent handwashing practices observed after handling cash register and donning on gloves between client. - Correct use of single-use gloves observed. - Hand washing sinks equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. - All chest freezers noted ≤ -18C. - Refrigeration units noted ≤ 4C. - All food products stored off the floor. - Sanitizer spray bottle tested with 100 PPM chlorine residue in the front serving area. - No signs of pests noted at the premises at the time of the inspection. - Overall excellent sanitation noted at the facility. - Owner's FOODSAFE level 1 verified (owner was onsite at the time of inspection) - expired May 21, 2025 - No signature required due to COVID-19 pandemic.
