Follow-up Inspection Conducted Today for report#JCHY-CKZSY6.
All violations in report#JCHY-CKZSY6 have been corrected.
-No orange/red dye that are not food-grade being observed to be used for food.
-No unapproved kulfi products observed on-site that were purchased from unapproved facilities.
-All food observed to be covered in the walk-in cooler.
-Underneath cookline, prep coolers, dry storage racks observed to be in sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vent observed to be in sanitary condition. Ensure that exhaust hood vent are cleaned and sanitized weekly to prevent grease build-up. Underneath hard to reach areas must be cleaned and sanitized daily.
-Ice build-up observed to be removed in the walk-in freezer fans, shelving units, floors. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C walk-in freezer measured at -18C.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
