A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -22C; thermometers present.
- High temperature dishwasher had a rinse cycle temperature of 75C at the plate's surface, as max/min thermometer.
- Bleach sanitizer had [Cl2] between 50-100ppm in the spray bottle. Solution was 2 weeks old. Ensure to make a new sanitizer solution every 2-3 days as the strength decreases over time. Sanitizer strength shall be between 100-200ppm.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water.
- All food stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups; and foods stored 6" off the floor on racks and shelves.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Staff possessed a valid FoodSafe level 1 certificate (expires 2027).
- All surfaces are in good working order.
- All in order.
