A new stock quats bottle installed at the dispenser. Corrective Action(s): After priming the sanitizer dispenser, 200 ppm quats sanitizer was measured from the dispenser. Instruct the staff to prime the dispenser after a new stock bottle is installed. Violation Score: 5
