Corrective Action(s): It was discarded at time of visit. Ensure to keep food in a sealed bins with clean lids.
-storing large bins (containing dry goods - flour etc) directly on floor these bins to have wheel so the floor can be cleaned routinely

General Comments
All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Bleach sanitizer in spray bottles at 100-200 ppm
High-temperature dishwasher reached > 71C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle. Monitor and record the sanitizer temperature in a log
Cooler/freezer/dishwasher temperature logs maintained daily-good.
No signs of pests observed, some fruit flies noted
All coolers operating at </= 4C; freezers at </= -18C; hot-holding at >/= 60C
Food storage. Raw proteins stored separate from ready-to-eat foods

** RE: Covid-19 Safety - most protocol are in place and being followed
Reminder:ensure to use the approved Lysol product labelled as disinfectant (not the cleaner) for disinfecting
Ensure to remind staff to either follow 2 meter distancing or wear ppe (mask fully not under noise)
