Handwashing station is equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.. Bleach water is available for sanitizing with concentration at 100ppm concentration. Note: Ensure new sanitizer bucket is set up with bleach water on regular basis. Cooler at 3c and equipped with thermometer. Freezer at -21c. All dry foods are being located off the floor. Overall sanitation is satisfactory. Note: Ensure all food items are from an approved sources.
