Comments Temperature: Standing cooler measured at 2C. Standing freezer measured at -22C. Chest freezer measured at -20C. Glass sliding cooler measured at 2C. High temp dishwasher measured at 71.3C on plate surface during final rinse cycle. Sanitation: Handsink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. 2 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual warewashing. Sanitizer dispenser measured at 200ppm QUATs. Ventilation hood and cook line are clean and sanitary. Can opener, meat slicer, and other equipment are clean and sanitary. Dry storage area are sanitary, food is packaged and minimum six inches off the floor. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. General: Health permit posted in conspicuous location. Staff on site has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification - Exp. July 7/2023.
