Liquid soap and paper towel at hand sinks ion operation.
General sanitation is overall good.
No sign off pests.
Quat sanitizer in wiping cloth bucket measured 200 PPM residual.
Dishwasher final rinse had a 50 PPM chlorine residual at plate surface.
Premises undergoing renovation of servery area. Please submit plans for review. Ensure thorough cleaning of construction debris prior to operation of Formoso Pizza area.
