Observation: During time of inspection, observed one dead mouse in corner of pallette upstairs (North facing wall)
- No food items appeared to be affected
- Moderate accumulation of rodent droppings observed around walls in upstairs area on floor
- Accumulation of various beans/ lentils observed around hoppers of bulk bins located upstairs
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to remove mouse
- Ensure to move all items away from walls and clean and remove ALL debris
- Ensure to clean underneath pallettes
- Ensure to plug any entry points/ holes in facility
- Ensure monitoring is done daily to assess whether infestation if current

Observation: During time of inspection, entry points were found upstairs
Corrective Action(s): Ensure any entry points (specifically any points >1/4") are sealed/ blocked with steel wool, hard wire mesh or 'Pest Block' spray foam

Observation: During time of inspection, liquid soap at handwashing stations were not easily accessible
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that there is always an adequate supply of liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times
- Ensure that liquid soap is kept in easily accessible location (can be wall mounted)

Comments

- Handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap (not easily accessible) and paper towels - See above noted infraction
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Veg walk in cooler at 4C
* Dairy walk in cooler at <4C
* Walk in freezer at -18C
* Display freezers - satisfactory at -6C to -18C
- Bleach + Quats available in veg processing room
- Food products stored off the floor, kept at least 6" off the ground
- Facility organized and brightly lit
- Bulk bins observed to be kept closed during time of inspection.
Notes: Currently facility employs Pest Control Operator (Orkin) on a weekly basis,
reports were provided during time of inspection
- Operator to discuss with Pest Control Operator:
1) how many traps are monitored/ serviced
2) issues with obstruction of traps
3) recommendations provided by Pest Control Operator
4) how to read the service reports to ensure adequate service has been provided
