- Temperatures of all refrigeration units, except the small fridge under espresso machine, are adequate (4C coolers, -18C freezers)
- Refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers
- Discussed sanitizing protocol for blenders & shaved ice machine
- Ensure to store dry ingredients (flour) in pest proof containers. Do not leave bags open at the end of the day.
- General sanitation is good
