Floor plan has been slightly changed, updated floor plan submitted. No concerns.
- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels
- All coolers measure 4C and below
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- QUAT sanitizer is available
>>> Please ensure spray bottle of sanitizer is always available in the kitchen and service area
- Dip well is operational, please keep it turned on when store is open
- Three compartment sink available for the restaurant
- Two compartment sink available for the ice cream store

- Do not open until raw wood has been sealed or covered.
