Observation: dead mouse found in white tin cat trap by kitchen door. Facility had been serviced by professional pest control service this morning.
Mice droppings still present behind washing machine (right side) in laundry room
Corrective Action(s): Directed operator to follow up with pest control company to ensure that all traps are being checked and reset.

Lamb and potato hot holding to be conducted in third hot holding unit as well as in oven. keep all hot potentially hazardous foods >60 C at all times
Pop dispenser wand had been cleaned - good. continue to clean on a regular basis.
Glasswasher in the front of house found to be sanitizing glassware at 12.5 ppm iodine at the time of inspection - good continue to monitor the glasswasher sanitizer concentration on a regular basis
Rodent droppings and shredded insulation removed from the areas of concern noted in previous inspection. Continue to clean hard to reach areas thoroughly and routinely.
Kitchen manager successfully completed FOODSAFE level 1 course earlier this week. Reminder that minimum 1 staff member in the kitchen must have FOODSAFE level 1 completed
