Observation: Food items in upright cooler at 12C surface temperature. Items in the fridge >2hrs, internal temperature 10C.

Fridge last serviced Feb. 2022.
Left side items are personal use.
Operator said fridge display was 4C in this morning. No temperature logs, no thermometers for inside the fridge.
Other coolers are between -1C to 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Move all customer food items to working coolers.
Items with internal temperature >4C for >2hrs need to be discarded.
Call service technician to fix fridge.
Use a temperature log after the fridge is fixed to track temperature of fridge every 2hrs.
Put a working thermometer inside the fridge. Do not rely solely on the digital display on the outside.
