Follow up to report JTAG-CFPQBS. Open ceiling area noted on previous report has been repaired and sealed with drywall and spackle. Paint finish is pending. All equipment and utensils have been removed from shelves located across from standing cooler. Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. Screen door has been completely removed. Door is closed and no gaps observed around frame and threshold. It was discussed that an appropriate, properly fitting screen door is to be in place if door is to be left open.
