Observation: Two spray bottles contained bleach water inside them. Whereas one spray bottle was properly labelled, the second spray bottle was not properly labelled to identify the content inside the spray bottles.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizers are properly labelled to identify their contents; Correct today.

Comments

Handsinks were adequately supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Pizza cooler and walk-in-cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
Chest freezer and one door freezer were at or below -18 degrees C.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a labelled spray bottle.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
No warewashing was occurring at the time of inspection. Reminder: Ensure all food equipment and food contact surfaces are washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried.
FOODSAFE expiration dates were discussed with the Operator.
