Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CHKPHX: Bleach sanitizer solution prepared and available for use. Reminder, general sanitizer solution formula: 1 oz of regular unscented bleach to 1 gallon of water. All food products covered. Walk in cooler interior painted. New freezer purchased and in use. Temperature at -19 degrees C. No food thawing at room temperature. Reminder thaw frozen potentially hazardous food products under cold running water or in the walk in cooler. Provided copy of food quality check program results for chicken thigh obtained from premise on August 23, 2022.
