Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no sanitizer available for all food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer must be available for all food contact surfaces. Operator to obtain either quat sanitizer or bleach water sanitizer in spray bottles for the sanitizing of all food contact surfaces.

Employee onsite prepared a solution of bleach water measuring 100ppm concentration for sanitizing purposes during this inspection.

Followup to be completed for sanitizing procedures next week.

Routine inspection.
Handwashing station is equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Walkin coolers at 4c and equipped with thermometers.
Deli cooler at 3c and equipped with thermometer.
Employees onsite informed that they are checking temperatures twice daily.
Freezers are at -18c or below.
All foods are located off the floor.
Microwave is in sanitary condition.
Ice dispenser is in sanitary condition.
Ice scoop is being stored in sanitary manner.
