Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B7BVKY All hand washing stations are easily accessible (no items located within or blocking access to sinks), supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Proper thawing methods observed to be in use. Operator stated that water is changed every 30 minutes for raw meat thawing in water. CORRECTION ORDER issued on December 10, 2018 is rescinded.
