Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # FEMI-CT32LR of Jun-22-2023 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Hand washing station in kitchen was blocked with staff cutting/preparing chicken close to it. Correction: - Hand washing sink must be accessible at all time - No food prep near hand washing sink -Install a splash guard beside hand washing sink if the counter is being used for food prep

Comments

-Noted issues are rectified with exception of flooring and gradual repair/renovation. **Splash guard is temporary , operator reported that it was short and it will be installed. Floor to be fixed to have smooth and cleanable surface, please send me your plan and time line to get this done via email .
