Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sink at the front is well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 100ppm. 2-compartment sink available for warewashing. Bleach on-site.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Chest freezer at back of house measured at -21C. Hot-holding unit measured at 83.4C air ambient temperature.
