Required items from last inspection completed: 1. Fume hood now operational. Grills and cooking units are now operational. 2. Final finishes now completed, ie. baseboards, trims and caulking. Only one metal door way trim missing and will be installed next day. Still outstanding: Storage lockers to be installed when parts arrive this month. Operator discussed installing a dishwasher and hot dog cooking unit at this facility. Please submit Food Safety Plan for review. Apply to City of Burnaby for installation of dishwasher for plan review and approval. New Permit to be issued with new increased seating capacity. Application form received. Please contact 604-918-7677 to pay fees. Approval of operation of this facility issued by Fraser Health. Ensure all other authority requirements are met before operation.
