Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach spray bottle does not contain any chlorine residual.
Corrective Action(s): Employee was instructed on how to create a 200 ppm bleach solution. Ensure that a 200 ppm chlorine residual solution is present at all times to properly sanitize surfaces.

Observation: Fluid is dripping from the slushie machines, leading to sugary deposits on table which are currently attracting ants (approximately 10 observed on slushie table).
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize area underneath and around all slushie machines and remove all ants around area. Remove any opened juice bottles around area. Ensure that you do not fill the machine beyond the manufacturer's prescribed level to prevent leakage.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Handwashing station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Samosas hot-held at 68C (Min: 60C) with accurate thermometer
- Stand-up sandwich cooler at 4C (Max: 4C) with accurate thermometer
- Freezer at -18C (Min: -18C)
- Hot-holders and cooling units stocked with accurate thermometers
- Cappuccino machines and beverage dispensers in satisfactory sanitary condition. Employees state that trays are drained every evening. Reminder: The nozzle / dispensing area should also be cleaned and sanitized in addition to drainage
- Single-use cups and straws for smoothies stored in sanitary condition
- Washroom is out-of-service and is off-access to public for maintenance - ensure that it is in sanitary condition before re-opening
- Owner/operator has FoodSafe 1 (Expiry: Nov 2019)

Follow-up inspection will occur to ensure that noted violations are corrected.
