Routine inspection
-Handsink in the food store was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
-Handsink in the customer washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
-2-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water and it was equipped with sink plugs.
-Bleach was available.
-Manual wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry method was reviewed for the coffee filter basket.
-Walk-in-cooler (containing milk) and reach-in-cooler for the sandwiches were at 4 degrees C or less.
-Both upright freezers (containing pre-packaged frozen food and pre-packaged ice cream) were at -18 degrees C or less.
-Refrigeration units and freezers were equipped with thermometers.
-Fan covers appeared clean in the walk-in-cooler. Light bulb was encased in a shatter-resistant cover.
-No signs of pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
