Currently no product is being sold to the public -plans to restart the business as before for the processing of sauces meals and pizzas frozen and for catering
"Blueridge Treats" under Mysala Foods works on occasion for festivals and possibly grocery stores -will require an updated menu, Food Safety Plan for these products

For the sale of direct to customer catering -operator will need to submit Food Safety Plan, FOODSAFE Level 1 copy, annual permit fee for Health Permit issuing
Updated Floor Plan as well needed for submittal
