A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Cooler 3C; freezer -15C; and thermometer present. - Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. - Bleach present for sanitization of dishes and surfaces. - Lysol wipes present for disinfecting of surfaces. - Domestic dishwasher present with sani-cycle present. Dishwasher does NOT meet NSF/ANSI Standard 184. Ensure the sani-cycle is used to wash and sanitize dishware. - General sanitation level is good. - No signs of pests. - No expired foods found. All food present was staff food. - All in order.
