*Follow-up to inspection conducted on August 23, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B3WU6Y) - Prep cooler was repaired. Temperatures are now being maintained at 4C and below. - Quat sanitizer dispenser has been repaired. Sanitizer was measured to be 200 ppm. - Prep cooler inserts were not overfilled - Food containers were covered with lids - Food containers were not stacked on top of each other without lids - Cardboard was not in use in the kitchen Thank you for your effort on these improvements.
