Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is excellent. General food storage practice is excellent (covered and labelled). Coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers measured at -18C or less. Food storage practice in the additional food storage is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Bi-weekly pest control service in place. QUATs 200 ppm used for non-food contact surface. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle noted at 73.1C at the plate level. Chili hot held >60C at this time.
