Observation: Tremendous amount of fruit flies noted around two compartment sinks, dry storage room and staff washroom area.
Corrective Action(s): Increase floor and wall sanitation, remove all food debris. Keep all riped fruits in the fridge and take out garbage more frequently. Have pest control service fruit flies.

Observation: Some food splashes noted on shelving units in dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): Increase sanitation of all shelving units and lids of bulk food.

Observation: Duct tape used on cracked floor tiles in kitchen. Several cracked tiles identified. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Remove duct tape as it is not an acceptable surface for cleaning. Replace all broken floor tiles so they are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.

Observation: A plastic bowl found in dishwasher after cycle completed.
Corrective Action(s): Do not reuse single use items. They cannot be washed and reused. Discarded immediately.

Observation: Meat slicer no longer used but is still being stored onsite. Pre-sliced meat ordered now.
