304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: 10~15 drain flies noted in the back kitchen. Presence of drain flies were limited to mop sink and under the 2 compartment sink. Monthly pest control in place. Grease trap serviced every 6 months. Corrective Action(s): Continue to work with your pest control company to reduce the drin fly activities. Violation Score: 3

Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. General sanitation is adequate. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was noted at 74C at the plate level. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Ensure temperature log is updated daily. This will be assessed in a subsequent visit. All freezers measured at -18C or less. In use utensils stored adequately. General food storage practice is adequate. Food contact surface sanitizer measured at 100 ppm chlorine as per test strip. Please contact your district health inspector if you have any questions or concerns with this report.
