All food preparation takes place at the kitchen downstairs

- Walk in cooler for drink is less than 4C.
- Ice machine in sanitary condition. Scoop stored safely in clean container.
- Hand washing sink provided with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap.
- Bar glass washer available with Iodine sanitizer solution
- No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection.

NOTE: Quats sanitizer was greater than 400ppm. Prepare sanitizer solution according to manufacturer's direction (8ml in 1L water). Fresh prepared solution measured at 200ppm quats concentration
