Routine inspection conducted. - Hand washing station( 1- comp of 3 comp sink) supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Upright freezer measured at -18 C or colder. Thermometer available in the unit. - Combo cooler measured at 4C lower compartment and -18 C top compartment. - General sanitation is overall good. No sign of pest activity noted at this date. Sanitizer of bleach water with 200ppm chlorine available. - Pearls cooked over induction for one hour, drained and cooled down and stored in fridges. - Flavors and powders are stored in food grade containers. - Customer washroom maintained. - Ice maker noted clean and maintained. Please ensure to wipe down any slim from water dispenser inside the unit. Sanitize before use. - Floor has some cracks in vinyl and operator stated it is going to be repaired soon. - Operator is food safe trained. - FH Permit is posted.
