Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Wiping cloth submerged in 0ppm chorine sanitizer solution
- No sanitizer solution prepared for manual dishwashing. Staff prepared a solution that measured 0-50ppm chorine.
Corrective actions: - Wiping cloth must be submerged in 100ppm chorine sanitizer solution when not in use.
- Ensure proper manual dishwashing method is followed. Sanitizing solution must be 100-200ppm chlorine.
- Solutions should be made fresh daily or once solutions becomes visibly soiled.
