Routine inspection conducted: - Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C or less - Walk in freezer at -18 degrees C or less - Store floor coolers at 4 degrees C or less - Store floor freezers satisfactory - Thermometers available for cold holding units - Temperatures are measured and recorded twice daily for cooler and freezer units. Temperature logs are up-to-date. - General sanitation excellent - No signs of pest activity observed at time of inspection. A pest control operator services the premises on a monthly basis. Most recent pest report reviewed at time of inspection--no pest activity. - A selection of canned foods was audited--no large dents or dents along the seal were observed - A selection of infant formula and nutritional supplements was audited--items were within printed expiry dates - Staff washrooms maintained in clean condition.
