Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle used in the kitchen stripped out the test strip - this indicates that the concentration is too strong.
Corrective Action(s):
- Sanitizer was diluted with extra water to reach 200ppm chlorine at the time of inspection. Ensure to mix correct ratio of bleach to water when making sanitizer (1/2 tsp of bleach to 1L of water is good).

Observation:
- Excessive grease build up observed on and around the mouse trap placed underneath the grill line (left side).
- Debris observed along the wall underneath the back storage racks (narrow hallway).
- Two domestic ice machine at the bar observed with stains inside.
Corrective Action(s):
- Clean all the items noted above. Ensure to clean & sanitize the ice machine after turning them off and all ice have been emptied.

Comments

- All handsinks are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle and in bucket (at the bar) measured at 200ppm.
- High temperature dishwasher reached 71C or above at the time of inspection.
- All coolers at 4C or below.
- All freezers ranged from -11C to -18C.
- Hot held soups and rice at 60C or above.
- Vent hood panels in sanitary condition.
- No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection.
